The different seasons offer access to different energies and healing opportunities. Living in balance with them invites greater harmony—internally, and with our environment. In this class we will explore various ways to honor Autumn and Winter to encourage greater healing and transformation, with an emphasis on flower essences.

Class will be held at Remedies Herb Shop in Brooklyn. The last one filled up quick and will be limited to 15 spots. Advanced purchase is recommended :)
